Default Dervishes Wanted In FoW?

I was wondering if dervishes are wanted and if they are what kind of build do they use? If you have the build or a build please post it here with armor and attributes.

Unless of course you H/H FoW, in which case anything goes...

(except of course the henchies are level 15, so two players + 6 heroes is more realistic...)

Perhaps Ebon Dust Aura would work well?

Tanks aren't needed in FoW, I did it a while back with a team of Eles, Rits and Monks. I blinded the crap out of all warriors and rangers, who seem to be the only foes there capable of doing any real damage. - Anyone can tank foes who only have a 10% chance to hit...even Rastigan the Eternal

Soooo yea, for a more interesting run without Ursan Blessing, if I were looking for a Dervish for FoW I'd reckon EDA to be the way forwards.

Are you people talking about the same place as the one in the game? FoW? Fissure of Woe? The place where the mobs are nearly all lvl 24 and the only reason they're harder than most mobs is because someone of them carries a good skill?

Seriously though, go whatever you like. FoW isn't hard. Don't listen to what a stupidly arrogant PUG say, they're morons, let them keep their moronic ob flesh tanks.

Asing if they're wanted, i assume you are thinking of PUGing? It'd be a bad idea (as it is in 99% of the game). As blue.rellik said, go with whatever build you like. If you're going as a guild group, there should be no limits.

FOW NM is easy and usually if you take heroes and a guildie with heroes it should be fine. Sab's 3 necro build works well.

In fact, like Beaver mentioned, you don't really need a tank for FoW, so play whatever you like and have fun.

Holy damage from a scythe > Undead.

But really, I see no reason for any class discrimination in FoW, all professions can offer something, and it is not hard enough to need a gimmick group. We had it cleared in HM with 3 Dervish on the team (hate guildies refusing to play other professions).

Well that's a given since most PUGS are stupid.

*sigh* it's time like this that I wish I could pack 8 heroes

Monsters in FoW are not much stronger than the monsters in Southern Shiverpeaks, and probably weaker than the monsters on the RoF islands..

Only thing that makes it hard is the fact that you need ~2 hours and you need to worm systematically.

Aura of Holy Might's effect blows HoHF and AoB away as it converts your damage to holy.

From the wiki:

Quote:
Bug! Though not mentioned in the description, when used with a scythe this skill changes the damage type to Holy.
Double damage + another 30% or so vs undead? Yes please!
